Le 6 mai dernier, suite \u00e0 une motion d\u00e9pos\u00e9e par le groupe \u00c9colo, le Conseil Communal de la Ville de Charleroi s’est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 soutenir le Carol’Or.<\/strong> Voici ce qui a officiellement \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Consid\u00e9rant l\u2019inscription dans l\u2019accord de majorit\u00e9 d\u2019un soutien au commerce local

Consid\u00e9rant la volont\u00e9 d\u2019apporter un soutien au projet participatif, port\u00e9 par un groupe de citoyens, visant \u00e0 cr\u00e9er le \u00ab Carol\u2019Or \u00bb, monnaie locale compl\u00e9mentaire qui r\u00e9concilie finance, environnement et soci\u00e9t\u00e9

Consid\u00e9rant le but de ce groupement de citoyens de faire de cette monnaie locale compl\u00e9mentaire un \u00ab bon de soutien \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9conomie locale \u00bb

Consid\u00e9rant la volont\u00e9 de la ville d\u2019encourager et stimuler les modes de consommation et de production les plus durables pour favoriser l\u2019\u00e9conomie locale.

Consid\u00e9rant l\u2019inscription dans le projet de ville du devoir d\u2019exemplarit\u00e9 de celle-ci.

Consid\u00e9rant l\u2019envie des citoyens engag\u00e9s dans l\u2019ASBL de se r\u00e9approprier un outil financier classique pour en faire un outil social, ancr\u00e9 dans l\u2019\u00e9conomie r\u00e9elle et centr\u00e9 sur les \u00e9changes locaux, en renfor\u00e7ant l\u2019identit\u00e9 et la coh\u00e9sion au sein d\u2019une r\u00e9gion donn\u00e9e.

Consid\u00e9rant l\u2019inscription du projet dans une dynamique de collaboration  avec les autres communes de notre bassin de vie.

Consid\u00e9rant que le placement des fonds de l\u2019ASBL reste dans l\u2019esprit d\u2019une \u00e9conomie d\u00e9carbonn\u00e9e et durable.

Consid\u00e9rant la charte du Carol\u2019Or voulant augmenter la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9gion par son soutien \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9conomie r\u00e9elle, voulant favoriser le commerce respectueux de l\u2019environnement, les droits de tous, des valeurs de notre d\u00e9mocratie ainsi que les relations entre personnes de milieux diff\u00e9rents et ayant pour but d\u2019engendrer une r\u00e9flexion sur le juste prix des choses, des actions et des services dans notre contexte \u00e9conomique. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le conseil communal de la Ville de Charleroi d\u00e9cide
– De  soutenir la d\u00e9marche associative et citoyenne des porteurs du Carol\u2019Or.
– D\u2019inviter la ville \u00e0 devenir membre de l\u2019ASBL Carol\u2019Or.
– D\u2019inviter les services de la ville \u00e0 \u00e9tudier la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019utiliser cette monnaie compl\u00e9mentaire quand cela est possible.
– D\u2019\u00e9tudier la possibilit\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er un comptoir de change au sein de la Ville \u2013 ou d\u2019une structure para-communale qui permettrait entre autres, aux membres du conseil, sur base volontaire, d\u2019\u00e9changer leurs jetons de pr\u00e9sence, en Carol\u2019Or. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
